This is Windows-native. I've dealt with this issue for many versions of Windows (since 3.1 actually ;) ). Save Submitting... Alt-Space, M, -> will stick the window to your mouse cursor. This is Windows-native. I've dealt with this issue for many versions of Windows (since 3.1 actually ;) ).
