   I think the way the window snaps is actually partly controlled by the application e.g. Origin, does not support snapping at all. Skype may have something that controls its minimum width, so when it is re-maximised the window size changes back to a recommended value (out of Aquas control). I may be wrong!

   Massive thumbs up on this request, I'd love to have 8 snap zones for my 4k - 2160p screen so I can have half 1080p windows.
