Ultrawide
Create a region for using the middle portion of an ultrawide monitor. Divide it like this: 1/4+1/2+1/4

Seeing this and many other monitor sub-division requests, a general and possibly user-configurable solution would be ideal.

This would be usefull. Take a look at: http://cdn.lo4d.com/t/screenshot/800/dell-display-manager.jpg

Maybe the good folks of Nurgo Software could take a look at WinDock (http://www.ivanyu.ca/windock/) to get an idea of what we're looking for. I have three monitors at work, two 22" and one 17". Splitting windows side-by side isn't so bad on the 17", but sometimes I need 1/3+2/3 or 1/2+1/2 or 2/3+1/3 or 1/4 (corners) or 1/2+1/2 (top and bottom), etc.

I'm using an UltraWide monitor, the configurable regions is the only reason why I am not buying AquaSnap so far. I'm still relying on WindowsXPad for that.

Having a 21:9 screen I would love to snap three windows side by side evenly distributed.
e.g. by dragging to top left corner -> left third filled, to top -> middle third, top right corner -> right third,
while keeping the half/half split when dragging windows to the right or left -

Configurable regions are not just an ultra-wide issue. This feature is a must!

This is my biggest issue with Aquasnap. Man I would love to have configurable regions.

Definitely the first thing I would improve. I am running a 39" 4K monitor, and the quarters do nothing for me.
And I agree with others, make the regions configurable. -

This would be great! Please implement functions like ******* to split the screen in configurable areas.

This would be a great feature! I use a 27" monitor and prefer to size three application windows so that my main focus is whatever is in the middle with the two other windows on the left and right. That seems to reduce the amount of effort required to read content.
What would be even better is if there was a keyboard shortcut to cycle window positions so that either of the windows on each side could be moved to the middle when focus needs to be changed.

I would prefer 1/3+1/3+1/3. It would be a great option.
I would like to be able to drag a window to any corner or side of the monitor and have it take up 1/3Wx1/2H.
When combined with AquaGlue: drag three windows to the bottom half of the screen then drag all windows taller. Very nice!

It would be nice to make it configurable. I AquaSnap+WinDock at the moment to get all the nice magnetic stuff + 30%/40%/30% snapping. It would be nice to be able to just use AquaSnap for everything.
