AquaSnap window tiling, and it's pay wall.
I fully believe Nurgo Software is entitled to be paid for for its developers work and product, and it is up to them which features to put behind a pay wall. That being said, it is my personal opinion that window tiling should not be behind that pay wall. Window tiling is an essential feature to AquaSnap, and one of the primary features which convinced me to try it. Most of the features currently placed behind a pay wall are fantastic additions which make AquaSnap Professional appealing, but their exclusion does not deter me from using the personal edition. As some might note, AquaSnap has a noticeable lag when dragging windows which are snapped to a side. This issue is understandable, as there is clearly a great amount of work going on under the hood, and I would be able to accept it if AquaSnap met my needs; however, the exclusion of window tiling from the personal edition diminishes the value I gain from using AquaSnap, thereby, causing the annoyance of the lag to outweigh the benefits of AquaSnap. It is for the above reasons that I suggest you add window tiling to the personal edition. AquaSnap appears to be a fantastic piece of software, but the exclusion of window tiling makes it inadequate for my needs. If the personal edition included window tiling with all the other current features, AquaSnap would become a necessary software for me. This would increase my exposure to AquaSnap, and thus increase the likelihood that I would purchase the professional edition for not only my desktop, but for my laptop as well. I hope you will consider my suggestion to add window tiling to AquaSnap Personal, and thank you for reading this lengthy post.
