Hitting the same hotkey multiple times alternates between different widths in the same corner
On Linux I use a tiling tool similar to AquaSnap, and in that tool if you hit a hotkey to place a window in a position (let's say Ctrl+Alt+1 to put it in the bottom left corner) then you hit that hotkey combination again, it will keep the window in that corner but alternate between three different widths of the window, narrow, medium (half the screen, as AquaSnap does by default) and wide (more than half the screen width). This allows me to quickly get my windows exactly how I want them with a few quick keypresses. Here's an example of this functionality working: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZF76DELEpjM&feature=youtu.be&t=216 (the toggling between widths can be seen around 3:35)

This is an uber feature that I loved the most in the now discontinued WinSplit Revolution.

I use this too on Linux. I'd pay to get this on Windows.

That is exactly what I need! Good idea!
