AquaHide (auto-hide windows)
I would like to be able to set certain windows to auto-hide so that I can access them quickly without having to go to the status bar.
For example, we use Lync/Skype for Business at my work. It would be great if I could set the conversation window, or the Lync main app for that matter, to auto-hide against one of the edges of the screen. A small title-bar along that edge could indicate what application is set to auto-hide, and mousing over would open the application and give it focus (maybe?). Clicking away from the application would again send it back to the edge it was set to hide in.
Another example would be setting the command prompt, compiler, code editor, etc., to auto hide. Pop over, make an edit/issue a command, move away and check your work.
There are other little apps that do this, but none of them do it well that I have been able to find. They don't remain on top of other applications, which means you have to minimize out of current windows to reveal them again, or click on them from the taskbar, defeating the purpose of setting them to auto hide.
